Twelve/Three Marketing was started in 1993 and was a "GoldMine only" shop until 2003. At that time, we decided to become a CRM specialty business and carry a number of products so that we could offer the right solution for any given situation.
In 2004, we became Microsoft partners and got certified in MSCRM 1.0 and 1.2. It wasn't a very good product but we discovered the benefits of a web-based CRM system so we decided to become ACCPAC CRM partners. That product later became known as SageCRM.
Our association with Sage brought us into contact with the ACT! product. We first certified in ACT! in 2005. In early 2007, FrontRange discontinued the GoldMine Standard Edition product and we found that ACT! filled that void very nicely.
All of our software products run on a Microsoft SQL platform and we feel we have excellent SQL reporting, programming and integration skills. These skills are important. Sales people need a comprehensive picture of a customer. Too often, important information is locked up in an accounting package or spreadsheet.
We also have a great quoting package, Quotewerks. Because we work with Sales people and often, upper management, we also have a strong background in PDA's, smart phones and remote deployment of company information.
