  • Our History

    Founded in 1993, Twelve/Three Marketing, Inc. operated as NY’s premier CRM solutions partner for over 30 years. As of January 1, 2025, the company goes by the name of Twelve/Three LLC, and has a location in Orlando, FL! We have provided service and support to both small and big businesses for multiple CRM platforms over the past 30 years. However, our primary focus now is Zoho CRM (and all of the other Zoho apps included with Zoho One).  With over 30 years of experience, we’ve seen many brands come and go, which helps us understand what separates Zoho from the rest. 

    We have been an Advanced Zoho Partner for almost a decade now, with a few years in that timespan as a Premium Zoho Partner. We are not just Zoho resellers however, we are Zoho experts.  Our experience spans various industries and use cases, but our approach remains the same: understand the business first, then engineer the system accordingly.  What truly differentiates us though, is that we do not offshore our work and we are there to provide support for as long as you need it. 

    Why Twelve Three?

    Customers often ask us, “Why ‘Twelve Three’?” Geoff Boulden founded our company in 1993 after many years of working as Vice President of engineering at a large pressure-sensor manufacturer. After some rough time spent with new management after an ownership change, he decided to take things into his own hands. With a wife and three children at home, he promised to start his own company.  Didn’t know what he intended to do yet, just that he wanted the freedom to do it on his own. He decided to leave his job and founded Twelve/Three Marketing, Inc. on the same day – December 3rd. Twelve Three is a calendar date — not much more to it than that! It’s an oddly inspirational name though, now that you know the story, of someone wanting to make a change for themselves and “taking the jump” into the unknown.
