

Using Zoho Creator, we developed an app that can export call logs and recordings from RingCentral, and upload the recordings to Zoho Workdrive or any other cloud storage platform (e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.). The app may be integrated with Zoho CRM so call data can be logged on the relative lead or contact record, while recordings can be uploaded as attachments. This enables businesses to store their call history regardless of RingCentral's storage capacity or age of the calls. This is crucial since most RingCentral accounts delete logged calls after 12 months, some accounts after 9 months. This makes it extremely difficult on businesses that need to retain their call history for longer.
Furthermore, RingCentral keeps voicemails on their server for only 90 days before they are deleted.
