What kinds of applications are included in Zoho One?
Zoho One includes a broad range of enterprise-level applications such as CRM, Books (finance), Desk (support and ticketing system), Projects (work management), People (HR), Campaigns (email marketing), Analytics (reporting), and many more. There are web and mobile versions of each app.
How much does Zoho One cost?
A Zoho One subscription plan costs $37 per user per month when billed annually, or $45 per user per month. There is flexible user pricing available as well if you need only one subscription for multiple users, however at a higher cost. Flexible user pricing costs $90 per month when billed annually, or $105 per month. Both plans include the full suite of applications and unified billing.
Do I need a Zoho Partner to implement Zoho One?
No, you don’t have to work with a partner to use Zoho One, but many organizations choose to do so. Zoho Partners are experienced consultants who can help you assess your business needs, implement the apps accordingly, and train your staff. They’re especially valuable for complex setups, workflow automations, integrations, or industry-specific requirements.
Can I integrate Zoho One applications with non-Zoho applications?
Yes, Zoho One supports integrations with many third-party apps through Zoho Flow (similar to Zapier) and built-in connectors. You can connect apps you already use and automate communication between systems.
Does Zoho One include mobile and desktop access?
